Cancellation Policy

I am committed to making time to see you and your baby at your chosen appointment time and place. This means I will manage other commitments and appointments around your session.

Of course, we all know that life happens, and there are certain unforeseeable circumstances that require a change of plans. In that case, my cancellation policy is:

• if a booking is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, there is no charge payable by you

• if a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, 50% of the consultation fee is payable at time of cancellation.

• If given appropriate notice, I am more than happy to reschedule.

Cancellations can be made via my booking system or email.

You will be contacted by me to confirm the cancellation and reschedule, if required.
